Taking a Reservation - Walk In
Using the Walk-in Button
Click the Walk-in button
Fill in the details then click ‘OK’
Using the Layout View
Double click on any empty table to directly assign a Walk-In party to that table
Checking the Preference ‘show full details for walk-in’ will expand walk-in form to include contact data which creates a guest profile or link to an existing one.
Checking the Preference ‘double click table call center’ will enable user to launch Reservation Center Form instead of Walk-in form
