Table Attribution - Assigning and Joining Tables

Auto assign tables all bookings of the day: 

Run → Set Attribution. 

Unassign all tables by Run → Clear Attribution.


Auto assign tables for one selected booking:

Click on the booking to assign a table in the list

The guest’s name will appear in Green button

Next to that button, click ‘Auto attribute table’


To clear tables click ‘Set → Reset → Save’






Manually Assigning tables for one selected booking:

Click on the booking to assign a table in the list


  1. Using the Green Button:

  • Type in table name

  • Type multiple table names, separated by commas, will join those tables

  • To clear a table, delete the existing default timing

  • Manually set the dining duration of that booking if needed (Maximum 300 mins)


  1. Use the the drop down list next to the Green button to assign tables.

  • Assign tables by click on one or multiple tables then click Save

  • When multiple tables are selected these tables are joined

To clear tables click ‘Set → Reset → Save’

Attribute (assign) a table

Click on a booking in the Booking Display 

Hover the pointer over any table to see the green ‘plus sign’ (+) appear then click to assign table.


Change a table:

Double click on a table to select the booking assigned to it

Drag that booking (the red tab) from one table to any table in the layout to move the booking to that table. 

  • Depending on preference, moving a booking of 4pax to a table of 2pax could be restricted

Join tables:

Assign the booking to one table, then double click in the middle of that table to make the booking turn purple. Drag the booking to the next table to join.

  • It’s useful to check the Preference ‘Non match table size’ to do this

To clear tables click ‘Set → Reset → Save’
