How do I close allotment for a specific date?

To close allotment for a specific date - login to your Back Office, go to AVAILABILITY, select ‘Restaurant Availability’ 

  1. To change availability for a select date, toggle to the date and update availability for Lunch or Dinner (where   applicable). Once completed, click Save Allotment.
  2. If you have more than 1 section on the booking form, availability for each section must be updated - click Select Product, toggle between sections that needs updating. Don’t forget to save each section that you update!

*To prevent overbookings, we recommend   to set availability at 80% of the section capacity. E.g. Indoors total capacity - 38 pax. Allotment set should be at 30 pax.
