Highlight the booking in the list
Click the Green button
Make relevant changes then click ‘OK’ to save.
Full Modification - 2 ways (Options for guest notification)
Click on ‘Full Booking’ and select the blue modify button
Make relevant changes then click ‘OK’ to save.
Or
Double click on the timing of the booking to launch modification form
Make relevant changes then click ‘OK’ to save.
Cancellation:
Click on 'Full Booking' and select the Orange button to cancel the selected booking. (updated)
Modify: amend booking
Cancel: cancel booking
Reminder sms: manually send reminder via sms only
Resend email: manually re-send the last email to guest
To determine which was the last email sent. See the Booking Status and show logs.
Empty Status: Confirmation Email (Reminder email if booked time is within 3 days)
Pending_payment: Payment link email
