Guest Profiles - View and Update
Choose any booking from the Booking Display, then click on ‘Show Guest’ button.
If the guest associated with this booking has an established Guest Profile,the Profile window will appear with all information related to that guest, including booking history.
User can ‘Update Profile’ with new information or ‘Copy info to Notes’ to the Notes column of the Booking Display.
Any information in the Data field ‘Profile Notes’ are automatically copied to the booking under ‘Notes’ column in the Booking Displayed when the booking was first created.
Copy info to Notes will copy all other information under Preferences Section to Notes
